Sharpie on Keytops

“Un-slumping yourself is not easily done.”

– Dr. Seuss, Oh The Places You’ll Go

Sharpie permanent marker (and tape residue) on piano keytops? ….

100% Acetone (nail polish remover) took the Sharpie off quickly, but not the scotch tape residue…that took lots of hard finger work!

The main downside of using Acetone is that the keys lose their original glossy finish. But then again there probably isn’t much that would remove permanent marker and maintain the original glossy finish at the same time…I may try a Magic Erasure next time however…

P.S. Charlotte riding her tricycle pretending to be pregnant again!
